(two BBQ's, including hamburgers, hot dogs, and dip...I hadn't had a hamburger since December and I had two in 3 days! My digestive system was messed up for a week...the first BBQ was at least lean beef, so it wasn't too bad, but that second BBQ killed me! I was stuck in a port-o-potty on the day of the SpaceShipOne flight...luckily I came out during all the right times and didn't miss a thing!)

believe it or not I lost a couple pounds over Thanksgiving weekend
Okay, I got pretty bad about keeping this current for December because I was in the process of buying a house. I still weighed myself and kept the figures in my head, but then I got hit by a car (yep, got hit by a car as a pedestrian) and was in the hospital for 24 days. Needless to say, I wasn't keeping on top of my weight anymore, nor do I remember the figures from December that I never got a chance to update. I think I had gone back up to 134 or 135 in December. They weighed me a couple times in the hospital - one of them I wrote down - 135.4 - that was sometime in January. When I got home, I was using a walker and not full weight bearing, so I couldn't stand on a scale for quite a while (in the hospital, they weighed me in the wheel chair and then weighed the wheel chair by itself). At some point, I finally stood on a scale, and I think I was somewhere between 134 and 135, just like before the accident. I would stand on the scale every so often and the figure would go down, but I wasn't keeping track. Now I'm starting to keep track again...this time I'll go by date rather than by weeks. I mean really, I've already reached over 100 weeks, so is it really relevant to track weeks any more?

128.8 April 4th Wow, I might actually make my target goal of 127. Of course, I wonder how much of this weight loss is due to muscle loss since the accident rather than fat.
