(This is a little more complicated of a recipe, but when two people cook it together, it's really not bad at all. It's also doubled to allow for more food for the same amount of effort. It lasts my boyfriend and I about 4 days. Although he eats more than me, so the non-doubled recipe would last plenty long for just me. If anyone is interested in the non-doubled version, let me know and I'll see about getting it up.)
